Arc is reporting additional issues related to the AWS outage. All video encoding services are down. Due to the extent of the outage, they do not have an ETA for full recovery of all services.

AWS is experiencing an outage this morning that is having an impact on multiple systems, including but not limited to Arc, Zeam, and Social Newsdesk. You may experience errors during this outage. AWS, as well as our partners, are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible.
